Thanks for your interest in my writing!
I recently contributed a couple short stories to Speculative Technologies. If you want to check them out, talk to Dan Fitch or contact me.
But the big news is that my novel SHIPWRECK is done! Hopefully coming soon to a bookshelf/wobbly table leg near you!

What others have said about my book:

“Seriously, what a beautiful story! I’ve just finished reading your book and my heart is warm and happy. Leonard’s narrative of this period of his life, and his love for Magnolia, was just so poetic and poignant. His sentences were so powerful, so filled with meaning… While reading your book I felt I was staring at a sharp and ingenious piece of art—and that I was privileged to have access to this secluded and private life that happened to just a few eyes to see. . . . I had a great time with faithful and honest Leonard, and I loved getting to know wistful Magnolia . . . You surely have written an amazing piece of literature.”

"Your book is fucking beautiful. The story flows so naturally, and your writing is creative and engaging without stepping on the story or feeling like you are trying too hard. The characters and settings feel REAL, and the pace was just right for me. . . .There were a few sections that were so visceral that I had to pause and kind of float with them. I don't often experience the written word in that way."

“I’ve just finished reading ‘Shipwreck’ and I’m completely blown away by your writing! What a beautiful style! I can’t say how many times I’ve highlighted a sentence or stopped at a paragraph because I thought the choice of words was unique and special. . . . I really loved your book and I can’t wait for it to be published so I can suggest to my friends.”

"First off, I love your marvelous attention to detail.  I was struck by how you notice all the things about objects and situations that make them simultaneously forgettable and memorable, and you have such an incredible capacity for painting such a vivid picture with this palette of random details…not too much, not too little, conveying such a deep impression of the moment.  And I loved the strange momentum of the story; I truly did not know what to expect.  I didn’t know whether the ebb of depression or the flow of love would win out in the end, and despite the rather [redacted], I truly didn’t expect [redacted].  Ha!  Dude, what a fantastic fucking thing to do.  You are so awesome.  I loved it!"

"I really pick up the theme of Leonard being a main character in a world full of other main characters whose story we just aren't following. It really highlights the fact that a vast majority of stories are filled with characters meant to support either the story itself or the main characters in the story or both. Probably what I like so much about how you run DnD. There's not a person whose sole purpose is to help or hinder the party. There isn't a girl in this story whose sole purpose is to be there for Leonard and teach him a lesson or awaken a new understanding in him (even though that's exactly what happens, it's more a side effect, not the whole point of the interaction). You're writing an anti-manic pixie dream girl story."

“This is lovely. . . . So beautiful.”

“I’m really rooting for them!”
